Space Exploration Archive (SEA) is a non-profit educational organization committed to the peaceful use of Outer Space. SEA collects and preserves artifacts, artwork, books, ephemera, objects and relics related to the human endeavour in space. SEA is exploring opportunitities for exhibition and educational programs of items from the collection.
Dr. Marc A. Wessels, Founder, studied space history and policy through the University of North Dakota Aerospace Studies and at the Space Policy Institute at the George Washington University. He is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the National Space Society (NSS). He has worked at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NOAA/NESDIS) in International Affairs and policy. Dr. Wessels is a graduate of Coker College, Hartsville, SC and the Lancaster Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania. His work in environmental ethics and deep ecology included study in the area of the militarization of Outer Space.
